Who runs Paul Rental Works?

Quick answer

Paul Rental Works is a local operator, not a referral service or national call center. The dispatcher who answers (469) 326-3946 books the order, routes the truck from our Rowlett yard and handles service and pickup. That is how one call gets you a delivery day and a full price.

Why we built the company this way

Quick answer

We built Paul Rental Works around the problems callers kept describing: hold music, transfers, invoices higher than quotes and companies that claimed to be local but were not. In 69 rental calls we reviewed, those complaints came up again and again. A local yard and a local dispatcher fix most of them.

69porta potty rental calls reviewed (2025–2026)
45%of callers were planning an event or party
35%needed a unit within about 24 hours
23%asked about hand washing or a sink
From our call logs: 8 of the 69 callers we reviewed asked “Are you a local company?” before they would book. Two hung up when the answer was no. Our answer is yes — the trucks leave from Lakeview Parkway.
