Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms explain how Paul Rental Works handles payment, renewal, cancellation, damage and pickup for porta potty rentals. Your signed rental agreement controls if it differs. Questions? Call (469) 326-3946.

Quotes and payment

  • Every quote lists the unit, rental period, delivery, pickup, servicing, any extra charges and sales tax.
  • Payment is made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) when you book. Drivers do not collect cash or checks.
  • Business accounts with invoicing and PO numbers are available after approval.
  • Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid Texas exemption certificate before tax is removed.

Rental periods and renewal

  • Event rentals are one flat price covering delivery, the event days and pickup on the next business day.
  • Long-term rentals bill every 28 days and include one service visit per week.
  • Long-term rentals renew automatically on the card on file until you request pickup.
  • There is no early-termination fee; billing stops on the pickup date.

Cancellation and changes

  • Cancel at least 24 business hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund to your card, typically within 7–10 business days.
  • Same-day and rush orders cannot be refunded once the truck has been dispatched.
  • Changes to unit type, quantity, date or address can be made up to 24 business hours before delivery, subject to availability.
  • Instead of a refund, you may move an order to a future date.

Delivery and site access

  • We guarantee the delivery day, not an exact time. Drivers call ahead.
  • The customer provides firm, level ground within about 15 feet of where the truck can park, a clear path, and any gate codes.
  • If the unit cannot be placed because the site is not accessible, a return-trip charge may apply.
  • Paul Rental Works is not responsible for normal wear to driveways, pavers or lawns caused by placing a unit where the customer directed.

Use, damage and pickup

  • The renter is responsible for loss, theft, fire, vandalism or misuse of units while on site. Normal wear is not charged.
  • Do not move units containing waste or move units out of reach of the service truck.
  • Call 1–2 business days ahead to schedule pickup of long-term rentals.
  • Report tipped or damaged units right away so we can service them.
